Goodyear, Ariz. (March 9, 2018) – Industrial and Laboratory furniture manufacturer, IAC Industries, is moving its entire manufacturing facility to Goodyear, AZ.

IAC selected a 50,000 square foot industrial plant located at 3831 S. Bullard Ave., Goodyear, AZ 85338, for the amount of $3,000,000 (please refer to the Commercial Property Executive article: https://www.cpexecutive.com/post/iac-acquires-phoenix-industrial-asset/). The move, now in its early stages, involves a third of IAC’s current staff along with a large quantity of process equipment and heavy machinery.

Goodyear Mayor Georgia Lord welcomed the city’s newest business saying, “We are thrilled that IAC Industries selected Goodyear as the location for their new manufacturing plant.
