Dear Valued IAC Partners and Customers,

We are excited to announce that Treston Holding, Inc. has reached an agreement to acquire the business assets of IAC Industries, effective September 30, 2023.  Based in Finland but with an office in Canton, Georgia, USA, Treston is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of ergonomic workstation solutions.  

To ensure a smooth start for our common path, a new entity has been set up in the US, in the name of Treston IAC LLC. We want to reassure our representatives, distributors, and customers that we expect minimal disruption to our sales and manufacturing processes during this transition period.  Our goal is to minimize change and maintain our commitment to providing excellent service to all of our customers.  

Donald Murphy, President of IAC Industries, will continue as Treston IAC General Manager and the rest of the IAC team is still on board.  Arto Utriainen, CFO of Treston, will be relocating to Arizona to oversee the seamless integration of our businesses during this transition period.  Independent reps will continue to represent their current brands, contact persons at IAC will remain the same, and price lists remain unchanged and valid through year-end. 
 
This acquisition will foster Treston’s growth and presence in North America.  With this in mind, manufacturing capacity at IAC’s Goodyear, AZ facility will be increased to manufacture both IAC and Treston products.  Our customers will benefit from a wider portfolio of products and services, stronger support throughout the states, and the speed and flexibility that coincide with local manufacturing.

Though born on different continents, Treston and IAC both have a long heritage of over 50 years of manufacturing high-quality industrial and technical furniture and delivering superior support. We are truly excited about what we can accomplish together as Treston IAC LLC.
